Two spaces, infinite inspiration.

Dan’s Gallery in Cahersiveen on the Kerry Wild Atlantic Way is a vibrant place of encounter that inspires and moves.

Art challenges us, opens new perspectives, and reveals who we are. Our fine art and photography invite dialogue – sharing stories, enriching cultural life, and creating meaningful moments for visitors and art lovers alike.

In this spirit, we have shaped two distinct yet connected spaces, establishing an additional home for contemporary art in Ireland.

Who is Dan?

At the heart of Cahersiveen, we — Ute Röseler and Hajo Pirenz — present our artistic work in Dan’s Gallery. Named after Daniel Moriarty, the builder of our cottage in the Glen, the gallery carries the name of a place that has become our second home alongside our life in Hamburg.

Founded in 2020 as a fine art space and expanded in 2025 with a dedicated photo gallery, Dan’s Gallery broadens the cultural offering of the region. Here, we showcase our work and engage with local and international audiences, inspired by the landscape, light, and colours of the Iveragh Peninsula.

Discover art that moves you

Dan’s Gallery showcases our original fine art and photography – from oil paintings, watercolours, and mixed-media works to striking black-and-white photography presented as aluminium Dibond prints or in exquisite wooden frames.

Our fine art embodies storytelling through subject, style, and atmosphere, while our photographic work captures moments of clarity, contrast, and emotional depth.

Whether you are a collector or seeking pieces that elevate your interior spaces, our artworks offer more than visual appeal: they express emotion, spark creativity, open cultural and personal dialogues, and help shape identity. Art enriches any environment – adding character, atmosphere, and aesthetic value – and transforms an empty space into a meaningful, individual living experience.

Art lovers on Dan’s Gallery

„This small and welcoming gallery is a beacon of colour and light … Highly recommended to visit and talk to the engaging artist herself.“

Mary & Denis

„Entering the gallery, we were immediately drawn in by the photographs, reflecting a deep sense of Irish history, culture, and nature. The compositions impress with detail, while the paintings capture moments like a summer breeze along the coastline, leaving space for personal interpretation.

We were very much welcomed in the gallery and could freely look around. Thank you!“

Annkatrin & Edmund

„I highly recommend paying a visit to this gallery, even if just for a gander.“
